New Mexico ranks 3rd highest in the nation for teen non-medical use of pain relievers and to combat the problem, the New Mexico Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (OSAP) has launched a statewide prevention campaign to educate teens and their parents about the serious risks for addiction and overdose from prescription painkiller abuse.
